| even if their actions do nothing to resolve the "emergency" they claim it is designed to resolve. My favorite part is where they are going to ban truckers from idling their trucks while sleeping, see line 21-ish. That should go over really great in the middle of Texas, AZ, NM....oh just about 30 or so, minimum, of the 50 states' summers, not to mention in the dead of winter up north. Ohhh but I guess they can plug in with their fancy new hybrid trucks yet to be invented. I'm sure that will be just the thing for the rolling blackouts in states run into the ground by the socialcrats, not to mention the added greenhouse emissions from our current power supply plants to accomodate the millions of trucks on the roads.....hacks, these people are hacks and they are legislating without represeting anyone but their special interests and the radicals who beat down any opposition to them. Big brother watching, placating, caring for you, even if your best interest is really not yours but his. It has everything to do with Orwell, even if you cant see the ramifications/implications below the surface. What part of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" is this type of outrageous legislation intended to preserve? And before you choose "life" keep in mind that just because Oregonians (or even all Americans for arguement's sake since we all know this type of socialist crap is always geared towards the rest of us if they can get away with it in their "testbed states") aren't pissing in their particular corner of the pool we call earth, doesnt mean they wont be swimming in a cesspool when approximately 1/3 of the population of the earth does not give a shit about emissions, and arent even close to the emissions standards we are already at without government completely dictating what we can and cant do with our own property. So with "life" ruled out, this legislation is batting .000 Liberal/socialist mindset can always be identified by its dead-giveaway willful ignorance of the realities of life in favor of excusemaking for the disproportionate destruction of liberty to resolve the most meager of problems. Banning aftermarket parts to reduce greenhouse gases makes about as much sense as banning chainsaws to prevent murders. Luckily for you I actually have a copy of the US Constitution framed & hanging on my wall, you know, that document you and I took a solemn oath to defend, so you can take a quick peek at it and remind yourself that this type of "soft tyranny" has no place in the USA. Hug a Honduran. Never has their been truer Americans who weren't Americans. I tip my hat to those with the good sense to preserve freedom and individual liberty from threats internal. BTW looks like the temps/weather will be good for motion shots later this week in-between the storms.
